Adv. Siddh Vidya

Adv. Siddh Vidya  is practicing law for more than fourteen years. She pursued her LL.B at prestigious Banaras Hindu University  and studied international arbitration as her LL.M course from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.

She started her law practice with some of very reputed corporate law firms in Delhi and Mumbai.

For more than a decade, she has been independently and successfully representing her clients in a variety of matters involving Criminal Law, Civil Law, Family Laws, IPR, Arbitration, Securities Law, Corporate Law, Constitutional Law, and various other facets of law, before various forums and courts including Hon’ble Bombay High Court and Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

She is known for her deep understanding of law and never-say-die attitude when it comes to protecting the interest of her clients.

She has been engaged by Govt. of Maharashtra as a special counsel to represent them in matters of national importance, pending before Hon’ble Supreme Court.

She is also contributing to the society by taking up many pro bono matters related to women and child welfare, social welfare, animal rights, environmental laws, etc.

She has been a significant part of several litigations in which landmark judgments were passed by the authorities, forums,  Hon’ble High Courts and Hon’ble  Supreme Court of India.
