Adv. Siddh Vidya is practicing law for more than eighteen years. She pursued her LL.B at the prestigious and historic Banaras Hindu University  and studied International Arbitration for her LL.M course from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.

She started her law practice with some of the highly reputed corporate law firms in Delhi and Mumbai. For more than a decade, she has been independently and successfully representing her clients in a variety of matters involving Criminal Law, Civil Law, Family Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, Arbitration, Securities Law, Corporate Law, Constitutional Law, and various other facets of law, before various forums and courts including the Hon’ble Bombay High Court and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

She is known for her deep understanding of law and never-say-die attitude when it comes to protecting the interest of her clients. She has been engaged by the Government of Maharashtra as a special counsel to represent them before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in various matters.

She is also contributing to the society by taking up several pro-bono cases related to women and child welfare, social welfare, animal rights, environmental laws, etc. She has been a significant part of several litigations in which landmark judgments were passed by the authorities, forums,  Hon’ble High Courts and the Hon’ble  Supreme Court of India.
